You probably didn’t see Crawford’s fight against Madrimov where he struggled at 154. Also you may not have seen Canelo v Skull which turned out to be worse than a sparring match. Lately, these fighters know they can get away with posing and avoiding anything that resembles a fight. I expect another jab and run boring fight. Both just are fighting for the Turki bag, where a real fight is not expected. I call this an appearance fee. Just show up and make believe you’re in a fight.

I guess you probably never saw Sugar Ray Leonard struggle against Kevin Howard. Yet, he fought Hagler in his next fight....and that fight is a classic.

Not every fight is going to be exciting, but some are.....

That's what makes boxing special. And that's why I'm a true fan of the sport.
