Boots would have probably vacated the division by that time. Moreover, I am hearing rumors of some preliminary talks of Jaron Ennis facing a Teofimo Lopez next. So we'll just have to wait and see.
He should vacate the WBA belt and wait to fight Ryan Garcia for it instead. I know your "Excellency" would be more than happy to oblige that fight but Garcia is going to be tied up with Devin Haney within the foreseeable future.
