I remember thinking that Bradley's choice of Reyes gloves was an omen. He went there with the intent to hurt Ruslan and almost got permanent brain damage.

Brian has talent but he’s young and not there yet and may never be.
Don't disagree with anything here, but you don't want Boots to get that payday and end the hype? Easy money that would forestall any (dumb) claims that he's ducking any of the guys moving up from lightweight/super light.

LMAO. I’m literally watching that fight now. Bradley won it, but he got his ass handed to him that night. That fight definitely played a huge factor into his early retirement from boxing.

You are sooooo right. Great comparison.

On a side note, good article, good analysis. Boots is very good but I can't wait to see what happens when someone like Murtazaliev or Garcia land a couple of left hooks on that chin. Sure he is a lot more skilled, well conditioned and durable than Garcia, but it would still be an intriguing match up. Murtazaliev can take a good shot and his left hook is murderous. I will definitely watch that when it happens.

Timmeh had to prove that he’s Buff Guy Bradley

Timmeh the only boxer I know of who had a mental breakdown from getting a gift decision

Musta been overwhelmed by all of the paqturds trolling him

Ryan gets ass beat bad by Jaron

I’d push for that match if I was handling Jaron

convert some of Ryan fans into Jaron fans

I think you are right because Ryan is lazy. He is never well prepared and well conditioned so Boots would outwork him in a big way and probably bust him up. But the question remains what happens when he lands those left hooks like he did on Haney. Boots is wide open to those left hooks and Karen hit him so many times. Ryan has a lot more power.

Not only do I want him to get paid, I say it will be easy work on all them boys thinking about 147. If Gervonta knocked their ass out trust me they will go whenever Boots want them too! Levels to this, it’s that simple

I don't always agree with short yellow school bus head Tim, but I agree that Deontay can't box. But it's not because he started late, per se. It's because he's a mule who's too stubborn to listen. And because his morals are in the wrong place. To blame a guy like Mark Breland for spiking his water bottle, I knew he wasn't going to do nothing in boxing after that, and he hasn't.
As for Boots, as long as he's always learning in the gym, he'll probably tighten those screws and fix a few things. He does do some things that cause him to get hit more than his talent and abilities should allow, a little cleaner than he should from the caliber of guys he's faced so far. One thing about Ol' globe head Timmy, he's observant sometimes

Really easy money. Tank would get spanked too, not that he'd ever risk that fight. But you know there's a subset of fans who would claim that he ducked Garcia, Haney, Teo, etc, and "fled" the division if he moved up to 154 without fighting them. I say he takes the easy money and cleans out whoever at 147 wants the smoke (likely Teo and Garcia, dunno about Norman, and probably not Haney or Barrios) as long as he can safely make the weight and get the fights. The fights at 154 will keep, and the situation there is volatile and needs to settle down so there can be a clearly defined hierarchy. History won't give him much credit for the Bohachuk's and such, unless the latter manages to claim a title after all.

People criticized him for the pacquiao fight
Called him names and that he's boring
Well, it got into Bradley's thick ahh head
Bradley is not a brawler but he gave the fans a fight of the year.
