    Morrell
    Plant

    Surprisingly, they went the distance
Plant was doing just fine until he gassed.
    Plant

    and the severely undersized Andrade

Had success with their fast hand speed combos

Bivol’s body-body-head combos would be a nightmare for Benavidez

Benavidez will get his first stoppage at 175 and send Smith into retirement.

I think Callum Smith skill for skill is a better boxer than David Benavidez 'And at 175 pounds? I don't think Benavidez has shown that he is a monster puncher, In fact if you really think about it, Callum Smith was a more proven and powerful puncher than Benavidez at 168 pounds and thus-far at 175 pounds'.

I think it is a close fight to call 'The determining factor being, whether Benavidez can seriously hurt Smith. If Benavidez struggles to hurt Smith, enough to stop him in his tracks. Then I think Callum Smith has the ability to win the fight over the distance'.

Note: I see people attempting to down play Callum Smith's win vs Joshua Buasti 'When in reality? Callum Smith vs Joshua Buasti was a higher level fight than David Morrell Junior vs David Benavidez. Buasti was an Olympic Bronze Medallist, and a more proven solid fighter at 175 pounds than David Morrell Junior'.

If the fight between Callum Smith and David Benavidez is made 'I don't think Benavidez is the biggest power puncher in the fight. Benavidez has never been known for his single punch power, whereas Callum Smith definitively has more proven single punch power. David Benavidez's best skill attribute is his ability to produce punch combinations, apply pressure without much of reset. But his defense is not the best, and in my opinion he is a very hittable target for a fighter with Callum Smith's boxing ability'.

To conclude: I just personally think David Benavidez before the accumulative negative effects of weight draining himself to fight at 168 pounds 'If that version of Benavidez would have fought Smith at 168 pounds. Then Benavidez would have been more of a danger for Smith. Now that David Benavidez is fighting closer to his natural fighting weight, I don't think he is the intimidating fighter than he was at 168 pounds. Callum Smith is not going to be overhauled by the skill level of Benavidez, or his physicality'.

I would still make David Benavidez the favourite to win the fight 'But for sure Callum Smith in my opinion, skill for skill has the potential to execute the better fight. And Smith's power may be greater than Benavidez at 175 pounds, which may be a determining factor in who wins the fight' etc.
