You're under the assumption that his first fight would be vs. Ortiz. If I'm Team Ennis, I'm petitioning the IBF to get a title shot vs. Murtazaliev.

Murtazliev would be a good Plan B, but I believe Ortiz Jr. is a better move, because right now, it looks like Boots ducked him!

I would watch it, yeah.
It's not where he SHOULD go (Bakhram, Ortiz, Bohachuk, Janibek, etc) but there is a hint of intrigue.
As you know, Garcia has a wicked fast and hard left hook. Something Stanionis couldn't throw and Karen couldn't throw. But I think Garcia catches Boots with it and I want to see what happens then. I think Garcia can bulk up naturally so it wouldn't be a gross weight mismatch.
I wouldn't expect Boots to lose but it could get interesting.
Nauseating? Maybe, if it's anything like the build-up to the Haney fight. But it's so cringe I couldn't look away, either.
