Murtazliev would be a good Plan B, but I believe Ortiz Jr. is a better move, because right now, it looks like Boots ducked him!

Do you hear that malarkey? Boots started at 147, he can make weight but he should love to 154 otherwise he’s ducking Ortiz?

There’s another perspective, Ortiz was scared of Boots so he ran to 154.
If boots wants to stay at 147 thats fine all I'm saying is if he wants a big fight then 154lbs could be the route to go. There are fun fights for him there, and Ortiz did move up because he couldn't make the weight anymore thats a fact

So I did the math just to see, and you're right:

        (Where x = STANIONIS and ∫π = BOOTS)

        ∫π/40f(x)dx=∫π/80f(x)dx=∫π/160f(x)dx=∫π/320f(x)dx=∫π/40f(x)dx=∫π/80f(x)dx=∫π/160f(x)dx=∫π/320f(x)dx= BOOTS by STOPPAGE

Vergil Ortiz is a undercard fighter that has never won a title. There is no glory in beating him. It would have paid well. But that's it.

Fundora makes more sense for boots to move up to 154 to fight than vergil does right now. It's a unified title fight.

Vergil just turned down a ibf title shot against Bakhram so miss me with the Ortiz talk.

Hey if Boots wants it , he’s gonna have to pay for it
            Looks that way
Eddie is going to have to pay and Boots will have to make some concessions. The issue is there is nobody at WW unless Ryan Garcia decides to fight Boots there is no money fights in that devision.

I totally agree but regardless , it’s Boots who wants to unify and doing so , will have to pay for that trinket

Fundora is better, but Fundora didn’t offer him a fight. Vergil did!

I think people are sleeping on Norman. It wouldn't shock me if he stops Boots. The guy hits very, very hard.
And wouldn't a Ryan vs Boots fight be fun for the circus atmosphere and the fight itself?

You would really wanna see that mismatch : Garcia vs Boots ???
I wouldn’t give Garcia a chance vs Boots and I guarantee you after the first press conference , the rest will be nauseating

                      I would watch it, yeah.
It's not where he SHOULD go (Bakhram, Ortiz, Bohachuk, Janibek, etc) but there is a hint of intrigue.
As you know, Garcia has a wicked fast and hard left hook. Something Stanionis couldn't throw and Karen couldn't throw. But I think Garcia catches Boots with it and I want to see what happens then. I think Garcia can bulk up naturally so it wouldn't be a gross weight mismatch.
I wouldn't expect Boots to lose but it could get interesting.
Nauseating? Maybe, if it's anything like the build-up to the Haney fight. But it's so cringe I couldn't look away, either.
                      I know, it's fooked.
