The only standout Pac opp that can cause Bud's opps problems is Keef
Primitive Ruslan nearly decapitated Desert Breeze.....multiple times.
It is safe to assume most of Bud's opps would do just as well.

Considering how they won and the circumstances of those fights, who had the more dominant wins at 147?

What about Manny’s losses at 147? They have to be factored in as well to have a complete discussion.

Lost to Floyd, Ugas, Horn and I think his ko loss to JMM was at 147. I don’t think he beat JMM at 147. I might be wrong.

I think if you take each fight in context and not just names ( ex ODH hadn’t been at 147 in 8 years prior to the Manny fight) the resumes are very close.

In fact Spence win is better than any ww win Manny had.
