2 x PBC Prospect of the year so AL HAYMON must of thought Joey was the most promising of young fighters at PBC. And hopefully he can come back stronger next fight. He still is one of top fighters at PBC.

I like Conwell but he needs to get a couple names under his belt. You don’t fight possibly the best 140# fighter ever - Kostya Tszyu son unless your well known.

I agree with you Steelman. Didn’t understand between rounds what was going on. Joey fought a good number of recent fights at 160# so I’m not sure can even get close to fighting conditions at 147#. Unfortunately was a very bad performance by Joey who I really like and hope he comes back stronger next fight

Charlo wouldn’t have had a chance against Timmy. Charlo was very good but we saw he has absolutely no dawg in him against Canelo and was one of the most embarrassing performances in modern history. I think he shells up against tzysu.

My Grandmother (RIP) would have beaten Charlo at this point.

Tszyu looked like his regular, kind of robotic self. He will always struggle with quick fighters who can decently counterpunch. He is also very open to hooks and doesn't move his head at all. I do think he would be able to beat Fundora and probably Zayas. Thurman would be a bad style matchup for him as well Madrimov. Vergil would probably knock him out. Cromwell may be the best all of them, but we will have to see what happens when he steps up (or more like when they give him an opportunity).

Still, gotta give it to Tszyu, he is a warrior with high entertainment value, nothing wrong with that.

What I meant to say was Tim Tszyu. Not his father Kostya. I am sorry NSB. My sincerest apologies are extended to the forum for my terrible blunder.

However, it’s true. Tim is not ready for Keith just yet. I say give him until at least another three or more fights before throwing back in with elite competition again.

It’s for his own good. They shouldn’t cash the kid out just yet because of his famous last name.

Fight Keith Thurman next definitely does sound a bit sadistic if one were to ask a me
