I can't really understand why Hrgovic is seen as the big favourite here.
Yes he's younger and is more fundamentally sound but he has never done anything impressive as a pro and his biggest accomplishment was a total gift decision over Zhang.

He has fundamental skills but he never follows up his 1-2s with a second phase of attack, and can get bullied on the inside, and is still fighting like an amateur boxer. He's got a good chin for sure but so did Parker.

Even if Joyce is completely washed, he's not just someone you walk through unless you have Zhang power, which Hrgovic doesn't have.

Hrgovic may very well win this one by way of knockout. I thought Hrgovic performed well against Triply D before punching himself out. All he needs to do is relax and pace himself,

In other words, Filip just needs to box. Don’t press for the KO. Allow the KO to come to him

.He may be damaged goods too but I didn’t see him absorb a lot of punishment against Daniel Dubois. He essentially, got tired and quit.

I believe that Joe Joyce is a wash out. He lost to a 60 year old Derrick Chisora for crying out loud .So it is safe to say that his career is over.

I don’t see how cutting weight helps him any.

The fight being finished, I think that the Juggernaut should be encouraged to call it a day.
Of course, there are thousands of professionals out there who he can still beat, and make a fine living doing so.
            But the price is high.

He started very late, had a tremendous ascent, and we who appreciate the rarity of a world class fighter will never forget his brilliant smashing up of Parker and Dubois. That run; short though it was; is equal to anything accomplished at Heavyweight this century.

            Appreciation.
