Not a fan of Haney, but unless he smokes a big fat reefer before the fight, I don't see how he can lose to Ramirez who has always been overrated, and hasn't looked good since losing to Taylor.

Oscar is playing on the psyche of this young generation. He knows how sensitive they are and how social media affects them. So, he makes a comment like this to fortify a lot of the social media talk about Haney's condition. Hey, it may work, it may not but it's worth a try to give Ramirez a boost up and to get into Haney's head. On paper, Haney should have this fight in the bag but Ramirez may still have a good fight or two in him and may make this a good fight. We'll only know once they are in the ring. It is a decent match up.

$25 is a harmless, "friendly" bet. No one with seven brain cells would post their financial info on ANY website. It would be done via e-mail and confirmed that way.

You seem like someone who was dropped on their head at birth. Put the video games down and get out of the attic more.

Intelligent assessment. Just what I was thinking. Why not try to agitate the snowflake and have him and Bill inside their own heads from now til May 2nd?

He didn’t take a career altering ass whupping. So physically, he should be just fine.

No 26 year old fighter ages over night. Just by taking a single ass whooping in his career; Especially by a fighter who deliberately cheated and broke all the rules.

He is still young and strong. However psychologically and mentally; That Ryan Garcia fight may have permanently scarred him. Only time will reveal.

However, If he wants it more and still believes in himself; With the confidence in knowing that a man had to attempt to cheat just in order to defeat him.

Also, coupled with his faith. Along with his strong moral and spiritual convictions. Then he should win this fight easily.

I agree with Oscar. I believe Lopez/Barboza is a 50/50 pick em’ fight. In which I’m picking Barboza to win for the upset.

This is a very bad style match up for Teo. He is not only fighting a man who is both undefeated and naturally wider than him with a longer reach.

At the same time; He is fighting someone who just so happens to be another boxer counter puncher. Who doesn’t like to take many risks or throw many punches in the ring.

I can see Arnold winning this fight by controlling both the range, distance and spacing of the ring with his jab in a very close decision victory.

De La Hoya is simply being polemical to see if he can rattle Haney, I doubt he is being sincere; he knows quite a bit about the history of the sport and probably understands that boxers who are Haney's age and haven't experienced tons of damage don't get suddenly shot.

What he is playing with is Haney's confidence, which is the main factor in this fight. A confident Haney will be able to deal with Ramirez without too much difficulties, like Josh Taylor and Barboza.

Man, I’ve been a fan of Ramirez since way back when he fought Don Kings fighter Imam or some ish in New York and was undefeated. But let’s keep it real, he is a shell of himself right now and only there to make Haney shine to set up the rematch with Ryan!

I wish Haney the best of luck. I'm not the one saying he's shot. Oscar might have used the wrong terminology, worn or used might be better.
