There is no concrete evidence whether Pac juiced or not. Crawford was only stating what he believed to be true. However, he cannot prove it.

You have to base your statements on facts and not opinions. You are judging your opinion of Conte’s based on his past.

Pac stopped getting knockouts as he faced stronger competition at WW. Physically larger dudes. If you consider who he knocked out at WW, Lucas M. was on the line of retirement, Oscar was a zombie and he made him quit, not dropped him or ref stoppage. Hatton was at 140lbs which was probably Pacquiao's best weight class but aside from Hatton, no money there. Then Cotto. Cotto took a beating but probably could of gone the 12rds. He took such a beating, it's crazy the ref waited until the 12th to pull the plug.

From there on, there were no stoppages. So my point being, Pac was never this knockout monster at WW and his power was overrated because of these stoppages considering they were back to back. At best, he hit hard enough to keep folks honest and weary of trading with him. He did score other knockdowns of fighters at WW, but some were flash or catching dudes not looking due to his speed. They all got back up though (even Algeiri who went down like 5 times).

If TC wants to act neutral, he might want to say the same about Fraud Jr. He was in similar position in that going up to WW, his KO's vanished. I'm not going to hate on Bud for saying this stuff because I like him as a fighter, but if you want to take him seriously, he should cover the man attached to Pac's hip as well and say it how it is.
