Who has Kessler fought to actually make the comparison?? JT has a body of work against a murderers row for the last 4 years. Kessler is still question marks. He gained all of his fame in losing to JC. I'm not saying that Taylor's chin is better than Kessler's. However kessler has not gotten caught flush by the punchers that JT has. i'd like to see Kessler in with Abraham, Froch and Pavlik before I can make that claim.

He will beat Froch 100%; Abraham (maybe); and Pavlik ran from Abraham like a *****; Abraham said on German TV he would fight Felix Sturm & Kelly Pavlik FOR FREE!

We'll see what happens.

What I wanted to see Taylor do was counterpunch the wide swings from Abe in the last half of the fight. That is what anyone will have to do against good ole honest Abe. Abe doesn't come across like a Mayweather mouth, got a desire to please the fans , seems like he loves to fight, shown himself game with a broke jaw. Got that killa punch, more of a straight ahead guy. I was supprised Taylor didn't counter the wide swings but it was the straight right that bought the farm.

A KO will getcha in the lead and I love game KO artists !

Dirrell ran and held too much, evidently his punch isn't enought to dissuade someone coming in ! He's fast !

Kessler = More power than Taylor, Stronger, More accurate, Better chin, straighter punches, Better footwork.

Taylor only has slightly better handspeed.

I think arthur won the fight and regardeless of what i am about to say he would have won but damn that judge was so bias. He took taylors body punching away. Sure body punchers from time hit low but it was not intentional. Am not the feel bad for anyone type but damn it must suck to be taylor. He gave it his all so credit i give him. I still cant believe taylor lost to kelly pavlik. Just imagine if pavlik would have been in this tournament he would have been killed. Finally i give credit to bob arum for being smart.

Showtime vs hbo; the winner by ko, showtime

I think showtime killed it yesterday! I think the camera angles, the shots of the crowd, the intros, the commentating , the interviews were amazing. What really stood out was how un proffesional hbo is and how bias they are. I think the quality of the entire event was much better done. Cong**** showtime for such a great job. I think we were shown yesterday how bull**** hbo has become. I liked the fact that i didnt here all the hype from commentators like when you have to hear all the bull**** coming out of the mouth of lampley, max, and steward. I hope showtime does more tounaments.

Really? I had the exact opposite opinion. The Showtime crew gave an attrocious accounting of that fight. They acted as though AA was steamrolling Taylor for the entire fight, when it was pretty damn close going into the last round. I, for one, was pretty annoyed when the camera frequently moved off the fight to focus on the crowd and AA's trunk issues during the middle of the round. I complain about HBO from time to time, but I think they still are a step above Showtime.
