WBA super middleweight champion Mikkel Kessler sat ringside in Berlin, Germany and watched Arthur Abraham's brutal knockout of Jermain Taylor in the closing seconds of the twelfth and final round. Kessler and Abraham are both stablemates under promotional company Sauerland Event and they are also the co-favorites to win the Super Six tournament. Kessler faces Andre Ward in the first stage of the Super Six on November 21 in Oakland. He could wind up facing Abraham down the line. [details]

Me too. I was tired of hearing about how Taylor was "more skilled" (more skilled at getting hit maybe) and would fight a perfect fight (when has he done that?) and take an easy UD.

kessler is big and he should be able to sustain enough offense to keep AA stuck in his defensive shell. kessler should be able to take AA's punches as well.

Taylor is definitely a skilled boxer but his last three defeat were KO. HIRE ROACH!

Taylors known to slow down in the late rounds and after his previous losses, he was spent anyways coming into this fight. Not taking anything away from Abe cause the dude hits like a mule.
