what are you talking about? have you done actual shrooms? they are not hard to come by. you can literally buy shrooms online now but even before then, shrooms was never hard to find, especially if you smoke weed.

i dont know any friends who "research", i have friends who I HAVE DONE SHROOMS with and felt the effect from it personally! i didnt hear this from a 2nd hand person who "research" it.

You misunderstood my post: The type of mushrooms that make one violent are hard to come by... The Shrooms people trip on are not hard to come by. I was dscribing Aminita Muscaria mushrooms which grow in Siberia and other Northern outposts, are mildly toxic and induce Berzerker like behavior, as compared to the shrooms people trip on regularly.

I've never been to Amsterdam, but I've been around plenty of folks(male and female) who've had very bad trips to the point of crying and wanting to off themselves.. The only bad trip I had, got me really scared to the point that I thought I was gonna remain in that state of mine forever. I had friends around me that calmed me down, but I'm not sure what I would have been capable of had I been alone.... Every trip after that was awesome, once I learned to listen to feel good music or watch funny things such as cartoons...

Every shroom trip is unique to the individual and most who party and take shrooms are not doing it in the form of micro dosing. What can cause a bad trip, besides one's state of mind, is that one can unintentionally take too much. Because of delay in the trip kicking in, after waiting 30 minutes, you can start to think that it isn't working or you haven't consumed enough, which can then lead one to believe that the amount they've taken is not enough so you eat some more...

I've seen friends start off with an eighth(which is a lot for a newbie), but then eat another half an eighth or another eighth, which in turn leads to a bad trip because of the amount. Again, not trying to make excuses for Ryan, the knucklehead might very well be lying about the whole thing, but if he in fact did ingest way too many shrooms, I can surely reason the bad trip leading to hotel incident.

Yes... That is typical. Your description of a bad trip is right on... Not what Ryan did. So there really is no disagreement here.

I was very clear about my point and if anything it should demonstrate some understanding of shrooms. Do I give a shiat about whether you think I have done shrooms or not? I am responding to this post because you made an i ntelligent point about Fly Ageric, which is correct. I do not know why you want to get involved with a poster who got defensive about something that was not even a put down.

Since you are smart enough to understand mushroom species I would ask you to consider: When have you ever heard of people becoming violent and destructive during a shroom trip?

lol... way too heavy and last way too long in my opinion. A shroom trip will generally last 3 maybe 4 hours. An acid trip goes for 6 hours at least, so if the trip turns bad, you're in for a long long nightmare. I've known a couple of heads who just never came down back to normal after 1 too many acid trips...

Shrooms are a natural/organic trip where as acid is chemical based so I felt safer messing with shrooms, although both are bad for someone who suffers from mental illness such as Ryan. That dude shouldn't be messing around with any mind altering chemical at all.

I'm a straight edge now, but I did my share of partying when I was younger. I always liked partying with the ladies though, way more fun than partying with bros....

shrooms is cool, but really not for me. i hate tripping out. i am also drug free nowadays, but my drug of choice back then will always be xtc. best feeling, best vibes, all around just makes everything better!
