Tito is great but he's no Winky anymore

You are right i am basing that particular fact on assumption and what i heard from a third party source. I am huge Winky fan and i have been for the last 6 years. I have seen most of his career and love watching his fights. Maybe it's because i can relate to him because my boxing style is similar to his. Please don't feel you can't debate with me, i am open minded enough to admit i'm wrong when several people tell me a fact i didn't know.

Peace to Big_Pappy. I didn't want you to think i was an idiot boxing fan because i'm not. I'll be the first to admit i can judge things a little bias when it comes to Winky but i'm not scared of admitting when i'm wrong.

Jack i love most of his fights. The Fernando was exciting even though he lost and the Mosley fights have been amazing too. I like his come forward southpaw style and his jab. He really makes his opponents fight. I also respect that he hasn't got a KO punch so he utilises his other skills more to win.

IMO Winky's best fight was his first fight with Mosley. But even that fight was rather pedestrian. He's solid but he brings no excitment to the ring. Hell there were several empty seats in the arena last week. People keep talking about Winky being ducked, I think he just couldn't sell a fight at the time. Boxing is a business and Winky is doing just what was done to him, he's not interested in fighting solid guys who can't bring any cheese to the table.

I loved Marvin Hagler, he was a amazing fighter. Winky does bring something different to the table.

Hagler was a more versatile, better fighter than Winky. The comparisons to Hagler, are generous.

Hagler threw combinations, powerful ones. He mixed up his attack.

That's why Hagler KO'd people.

Winky is a monotonous fighter. A very good fighter, but not inspring.

I just saw that Sturm is fighting Cherif in December, so this could mean that Winky is the one to fight Tito on March...I would prefer to see Tito vs. Sturm cuz if Tito beats Winky ppl will start to say that he didn't fought a real middle bla bla bla...Hey WinkyFan if the fight between Winky and Tito happens I will be glad to take all your points on a bet.
