Bam is one of the brightest shining stars of the sport and he does not muck around. He fights the best available opponents, champions and legends. He does not ask for soft touches. Contrast that with a prima donna Tank who will run to the other side of the street not to meet anyone in top 10 in his weight division.

Kid is building quite the resume already.

      Jesse Rodriguez
W vs #8 Carlos Cuadras UD 12 (fmr. WBC 115)
      W vs #2 Srisaket Sor Rungvisai TKO 8 (fmr WBC 115; lineal/TBRB/Ring/WBC 115)
W vs #1 Sunny Edwards RTD 9 (reigning IBF 112)
      W vs #C Juan Francisco Estrada KO 7 (fmr. WBA/WBO 112; WBA 115; reigning lineal/TBRB/Ring/WBC 115)
W vs #7 Pedro Guevara TKO 3 (fmr. WBC 112)

      Other notable victories: Israel Gonzalez

      5-0 vs top 10
      3-0 vs top 5
      2-0 vs #1 or Champion
5-0 vs fighters that won a legitimate world title
      2-0 vs reigning world titlists
      1-0 in unification fights
      7-0 in world title fights
2-0 in lineal world championship fights
      21-0-0-0 overall record, 14 KOs

      1 division lineal world champion
      2 division world titlist

      Titles won:
      112: IBF/WBO
      115: WBC (1st reign); Lineal/TBRB/Ring/WBC (2nd reign)

Fernando Martinez is the current TBRB #1 ranked contender to Bam's championship, the reigning WBA super flyweight world titlist, and formerly unified with the IBF.

Still hope Bam gets to add Chocolatito and Ioka to his list of slain legends before he jumps up to bantamweight.

Nakatani at 118 should be next if he gets past Martinez.

No more faded legends. Chocolatito is almost 40.

He's still one of the best guys in the division and it would be a very nice accomplishment for Bam to beat each of the Hardcore Four at super flyweight. He already beat Cuadras, Sor Rungvisai, and Estrada. Gonzalez is the other name that will be forever linked with those three due to the numerous classic wars between each of them.

He should absolutely take the fights against Chocolatito and Ioka if he can get them. As well as a unification with Cafu if it comes along. Bam just turned 25, he has plenty of time to move up and seek more challenges. Chocolatito and Ioka are fantastic warriors to have on his resume.

Yes, but not in Japan. No disrespect, but when you get off the plane there, you ask. What is that smell? It takes more getting used to than other places.

I have been to Japan and I have traveled all over the world but I do not remember experiencing what you describe. I can think of a few other countries where you notice an unpleasant smell immediately but not Japan.

For enough money, Nakatani will come to the States. Let's get Turki involved.

So was Estrada. We saw how that ended. No thanks. Rather see Martinez, then Junto.
