What I took from all this, is the realization how incredible unprofessional Davis actually is.

Takes his eye of the opponent, drops his hands and starts talking to the ref mid-fight. He has done this in multiple fights.
Thinks he can just stop fighting and walk to his corner to wipe his face and than continue without a problem.
I don't believe there is a conscious 'I can get away with it'. He is behaving like it is a spar..
He rationalizes it afterwards but I think it could be involuntary behavior when he gets anxious.
He was behaving very erratic, also in his corner.
Didn't he say he started talking to back to someone in the audience in the Rolly fight to help him relax?

Doesnt mean it didnt, off course she is going to defend herself, its pretty obvious looking at the videos something was in his eye, he wasn't hurt or anything and when he ran to his corner wanting a towel it threw the ref of his game where he had a brain fck and didnt know what to do or what was going on, this is exactly the stuff you would do sparing, Tank is a like a lost brat in his fights, looking around talking to everybody and arguing with his corner, ignoring his corner etc , just really weird stuff and this was just an extension of that. But the decision should be officially overturned, Roach is the champ.
