Nope. As they say styles make fights. Pure boxer like Inoue and Shakur are stylistically nightmare for low volume counter punchers like Gervonta.

Well, for a long time there's been this 'incompetent or corrupt?' argument about officials and I think this looked very shady. Reminded me of when I saw Ismael Barroso handing Rolly Romero his arse on a plate, coming forward, hitting Rolly at will with anything he wanted and the ref jumped in and stopped the fight and I was all "yeah, justice has come to town!". Only thing was the ref actually gave the fight to Romero, who was pushing out flicks and running backwards so fast, you would be forgiven for thinking he had a taxi waiting outside. There are times when you have to say "the officials aren't just being daft, someone is getting a reward for this". I think we should have an international fight police, who can swoop in, arrest dodgy judges and referees, beat confessions out of them in a dark cellar and then follow the money before shooting Mayweather, Arum and Hearn. What do you mean I'm going too far now?

So Tank refuses to fight anyone in the top 5 fighters in his division (make that top 10 according to Boxrec) and now he is going to have a rematch with a built in excuse for doing the same thing all over again.

Quite frankly, watching the fight tonight I felt that his skills have regressed and he no longer appears to be the fighter he was only a few fights ago. It looks like his cherry picking ways are catching up with him. If he ever grows balls and decides to fight someone dangerous he might be in for a rude awakening.

The filth in this sport pushed me onto the ufc where everyone fights everyone & an L doesn't matter. I now look forward to & watch that more after watching boxing since the Mcguigan era on uk tv.
