I was thinking that if Lamont had said "screw it, let's give the fans a result, we'll do a thirteenth round", Gervonta would have replied "sorry, but I have a hairdresser's appointment to go to". I feel sad for Lamont but I am also chuckling about Jim Lampley saying that Gervonta is the new Roberto Duran. He doesn't have manos de piedra. Heck, he doesn't like sweating, he needs a quick toweling down.

If Tank had any integrity, he would admit the LOSS on his record now, but he won't.
That's why - and I can't believe I'm writing this - I will root for Shakur to KTFO (or at least win convincingly) if they ever match up.
In a better world, Tank Davis would want to erase the shame and sign to fight Shakur to prove he's still a dog.
Instead of a knee-squatting gift-stealing grifter.

Ya see! It’s moments like these why boxing is no longer a mainstream sport anymore. Casuals are completely turned off by it.

Hell, I cannot say that I blame them either. Everyone can see that Davis lost this fight. Boxing could use more oversight and regulations.
