How is that an excellent win? I guess if the guy was driving cabs it would have been better

        Excellent win? A part-time electrician?

I don't care how it looks. It doesn't affect my life. My point is I don't fault him for taking the fight. Where else is he going to make that kind of money? The fighters that went through a training camp deserve to get paid too.

It's funny, how no one had any complaints when Roy Jones Jr was beating up full time policemen/ part time boxers ....

'Tank will fight Haney and rematch Garcia sooner than he’ll fight Shakur'.

Haney can't even make 140 safely & I doubt that Gervonta will go to 147. If Turki puts the right money on the table I think Gervonta would fight Shakur in a heartbeat. I think the narrative that Gervonta is scared of Shakur is as silly as the pre-fight claims that Shakur was scared of the Schofield kid (film ref).

When you beat McCallum, B-Hop, Toney, Virgil Hill & Reggie Johnson you are entitled to the occasional 'gimme'. Shakur doesn't have that entitlement.

                  He only made 600 000$
It might cost him much more at his age and the fact that he puts on much weight
He will be at the bottom to try and get to a belt

Shakur actually made an effort to entertain, a surprising change up.

Need to see Shakur fight a top fighter who wants to knock him out. You'd think being an elite amateur he'd be all about first and third boxing but he really just wants to counter. Makes him dull against any decent boxer happy to draw a lead out of him

Padley knows what he's doing in there but he is an electrician. Didnt train for the best fighter he will ever face in his career and would have made the distance if he trained for a 12 round fight.
