I don't see how gaining nearly 30lbs extra muscle is going to help him, and it is bound to have a negative effect on his stamina.
Agree with all of this. Maybe they think the extra weight will help his chin? 30 pounds extra is a lot to carry and maintain the bounce and makes it more likely for him to get caught IMO. But Andy Lee usually has some plan in mind, so maybe he's, yet again, smarter than me.

      LMAO..
This fight is more about Parker than bankole .dude didn't even have enough time for a proper bath before getting on the flight all the way from Africa where he was enjoying his money....Win or lose Bankole is here for the cash but Parker losing will be a joke and if Parker wins but not convincly he's still a joke even if Parker knocks him out nobody cares cause bankole didn't even finish his burrito

True professional fighters always train when not fighting. Ali, Ray Leonard, Hagler, Lewis and others stayed in shape year round. I hope and pray for Bakole that this is the case. That could be the X Factor for this fight. I sincerely hope that Bakole when he took this fight didn't leave a Big Mac happy meal or Double whopper meal on the table. If Bakole hasn't been getting in some light training between fights then shame on him. First 5 rounds I got Bakole, then after that I got Parker by decision.

Still think bakole takes this. Parker is overrated.

True but elite athletes train at some form or level in between training camps. Especially those in boxing aspiring to become world champs.

I just don't get it. I can't remember when additional heft helped a fighter when they were already at heavyweight measurements.
