Because Dubois has the IBF strap. Bakole/Parker winner will just have the WBO interim belt. The division is infested with fake champions right now:
Pulev has the WBA Regular
Parker has the WBO interim
Kabayel/Zhang winner will have the WBC interim
Dubois has the IBF heavyweight title

Of course Usyk is the champion, but if he were to retire we'd suddenly have four "champions" again and that's pretty sickening. Especially if Pulev becomes "champion" off that win over the decrepit corpse of Charr.

When DDD pulled out of this fight I knew this was coming. Big money fight here. I've been following DDD for quite some time now and he has pulled some shady little tricks so I'm not surprised about him pulling out. Hey if he's sick he's sick but I don't know about this one. Maybe if he beats Usyk he'll give Parker a shot. Just sayin!!
