DDD is in Saudi. Turki will have seen him, as would his doctors. He's also been ultra confident in the build up, if anything it came across like he was overlooking Parker, certainly not worried.

If he was faking it, and pulled out this late, then he'd have lost any chance at another payday, so very highly, unlikely.

until we see evidence, a drs report or something, i dont believe he is sick, i believe he is fit to fight and probably wants to fight, but his people or frank warren, have pulled him out of the fight, we dont know exactly why yet, i could speculate, but i won't right now

No he not dubious more than earned the fury uysk winner and it seems uysk have little fights left for him right now...either he been tapped on the shoulder about a usyk offer or he is making a business decision to possibly ruin it all vs a spoiler like Parker who is hard to look good against

I'm inclined to agree with you...the Dubois rematch is the ONLY big fight left for Usyk (and in the Heavyweight division) so I think he deliberately pulled out (with Turki's approval) to avoid a potential banana skin in Parker. Also, Bakole is an equally dangerous opponent and has conveniently been drafted in as a last minute replacement unlike Shakur's one-sided fight against Padley.

Madrimov recently did the same thing when he pulled out of the fight against the dangerous Bohachuk in order to fight Ortiz.
