I've really wanted to like Ortiz but I realized after his last fight why he was almost killing himself to get to 147. He doesn't have the size advantage at 154. He is gritty and does have strong legs (like all Robert Garcias guys) but a good counter puncher at 154 may just sleep him.
Two very underrated fighters are Madrimov and Bohachuk, TC and Ortiz are not overrated those two eros are top level fighters tough as teak and come in real shape, its 50/50 Ortiz and Madrimov and I wouldnt be surprised if Vergil stopped him or Madrimov got a decision its that type of fight
