Haney never fought at 147 unless you count a catchweight fight that he lost...you are number 1 says wbc

Well giving credit at least he's actually fought at a weight closer to 147 than Spence did at 154 (before losing it again anyway), and ditto Estrada at no. 1 of 118 despite not having fought there and also coming off a KO loss...
