Devin is my man, but he shouldn't even want to be ranked #1 at welter. He should wanna earn it the right way, not based on what he did at a lower weight. And on top of that, he's coming off a bad loss, even if it was tainted by Ryan taking PED's, which he did. But Devin hasn't even been hit by a welterweight yet. No way he should be ranked #1. That's actually bad for him because being Boots' mandatory isn't healthy

Didn't Bill Haney state they don't pay any sanctioning fees? Either somebody else is picking up the tab or he's lying.

Boots is IBF champ, not WBC.

I've not seen him hurt other than vs Smakici who had him all over the place.
Interestingly he is also a southpaw and has the same dimensions as Zhang

                That was insane.
Kabayel needs to learn how to tie his opponent up when he gets buzzed like that. Zhang will finish him if that happens.
But he's got some chin and heart.

Not seen that fight thanks. If Zhang landed any of those shots, Kabayal would be out. Who you got for the Zhang fight?
I thought Kabayal was a lock, easily stopping Zhang with bodyshots or TKO after he gasses now im not so sure. Zhang could easily splatter him early..
Not sure what to think of Kabayal, i thought he would never get past Euro level after that stinker of a snoozefest agaisnt Delboy, where it seemed he had zero power. Now hes KO'ing everyone, (on the Erkan Teper Juice?)Thought Sanchez and Makmudov would easily beat him

WBC needs to stop just giving people the top spot based on what they did in the division below... It's disrespectful to the actual #1s contenders in the division. I'd be okay putting them top 5, but make them at least fight a top 5 before being made mandatory... Same with the WBO and their Super title getting automatic mandatory status in the division above...

This is especially when their last fight was a loss, like with Errol Spence and Haney (Non-Contest)

I am favouring Zhang to win only because its always dangerous to walk down a power puncher
