Canelo has come out and said that ‘(speaking on his upcoming fight with Geale) Daniel has a heart of a lion and was willing to fight GGG in his prime, something not even I considered.

I truly believe that if Geale hadn’t been caught in the 3rd round, he would have gone on to win a points decision. It’s time I give the boxing world what they want, a true 50/50 fight between two warriors in their primes’

I don’t think either are capable of winning so may as well get the belts unified again.

I just hate to see someone get rewarded for getting their ass whooped at home and getting handed a belt that should never have been up for grabs in the first place, then getting further rewarded with a gigantic payday and undisputed title shot.
