Charlo had one crummy fight long ago. Surace has that upset win coming up in weight and can't really hit. It makes more sense to fight Scull but he can be an unknown risk.

Either way crappy fights, Crawford in November is another crappy fight. I rather it be Mbillie or Benavidez but that is not going to happen.
