    It's just been 1.5 months since his loss.

    Whether Fury is really retired or not, we will know in about 6 months' time. For sure it won't be business as usual as I don't see him having an entire 2nd innings in his career where he continues fighting regularly. Perhaps 1 or 2 fights with AJ particularly if Usyk retires and he fancies a title shot with someone else.

      I guess he's about caught up. Not in public acclaim of course; but if he can get past a fully matured J. Parker in style (a big if), I believe he sails a notch ahead of his British counterpart. The Joyce loss was retirement due to injury, and the Usyk loss has a pretty well embraced asterisk. The old perception of the great A.J. continuously separates from the real one as time passes. Big punchers are his poison.
