Scull is currently the IBF’Suoer middleweight champion. I don’t like the match up either. However, I can live with it since it’s for undisputed.

In any case, he will be fighting Crawford in September anyhow. It’s not David Benavidez but it’s perhaps the next best fight out there for him to take.

Even though he would be the heavy betting favorite.Hopefully Turki will make Benny an offer to fight Alvarez.

There was also a case of Andre Ward-Floyd matchup. In fact, even Ward mentioned it during his beef with Floyd.

It’s been close to twenty years since Floyd moved to 147 in 2006 and yet here we are, still talking about old wives tales about ducking fighters.

Williams got beat by Carlos Quintana in Feb of 2008. Floyd became a PPV king in 2007 fighting Oscar and Hatton. Are you saying Floyd should have fought Williams in 2008 right after Williams had lost to Quintana?

Margarito was a cheat. You know that.
Margarito was promoted by Arum. How was a Floyd-Margarito fight going to happen?

After what happened to Cotto, who cares about any potential matchup between Margarito and anyone. More important, Margarito was DESTROYED by Mosley. Destroyed. That’s the guy Floyd ducked?
I get it! You love Floyd!!!! All I'm saying is some matches are mismatches, therefore, it's fine when some fights never get made.

I won't complain if Canelo VS Benavidez never happens.

Sept is ages away its the start of the year. You might accept another bum but he has been fighting bums for the last 5 fights,so its not just bum its been like this for years. Berlanga and Mungia both would beat Scull. The guy was fighting 6 and 8 rounders last year.

          And you hate him.

Complaining is one thing and calling out a duck is another. I don’t think Canelo will ever fight Benavidez. I still think he’s an ATG. I am not shiïttïng on his resume.
When Floyd fought Berto, I criticized that fight too.

I'd hate to be near you while you have a knife in your hand during a misunderstanding/disagreement...

I don't hate Floyd. I defended Mayweather and Canelo for not taking on mismatched opponents.

Why a knife? I prefer a baseball bat. LOL Perhaps we have the same points of view after all.

Canelo is just looking to regain the IBF title that was stripped of him last year after he declined to face Scull. Canelo stated he didn’t even know who Scull was and said it was a mismatch. A year later, he fights the same Scull he previously rejected.

Two, how are you stating that “hopefully Turki will make Benny an offer to fight Canelo” when that’s all Benny’s ever wanted. It’s Canelo who has demanded $200 million to fight Benny.

Floyd fought pac when pac was with arum so that debunks that argument. Also Floyd ducked marg when both were with arum. Your argument that marg eventually lost is nonsense. For example if bemavidez gets knocked out that means canelo didn't duck him? According to you yes. Also Floyd fought pac after he had been kod so you can't really use that argument either. You just don't have anything and you know it

Once again, context. How many excuses did we hear from Arum for the fight not happening? First he was to build a stadium to accommodate more fans. Then there was the “I’m afraid of needles”. There was the drug testing disagreement. These are things you are aware of.
And in case you need a reminder, it was Floyd that walked up to Manny at basketball game and got the fight made.

Your Benavidez analogy is actually a good example. I wouldn’t say Canelo didn’t duck him. With Margo, there were more layers that you are leaving out. When Floyd was with Arum, he was fighting at 135. He bought his contract out and then moved to 140 in 2005. Unless you wanted Floyd to skip 140 to go fight Margarito. Is that what you’re alluding to?

To use your logic, Canelo is literally ducking Benny to go fight Charlo and Munguia for $40 million when he can make twice that fighting Benny.
Floyd was allegedly offered $8 million to fight Margarito BUT he chose to fight Oscar instead for $25 million. There is absolutely no comparison between Canelo and Floyd.
In 2006, Floyd was not the face of boxing nor the PPV king. It took fighting Oscar to get there. Canelo has been the cash cow for the last 8 years and is collecting less money fighting the guys he’s fighting.

PAC also fought Marquez after Marquez had been beaten like a pińata by Floyd.
Even worse with the double standards, Marquez weighed 143 Ibs while PAC weighted 147 when they fought yet PAC still got vaporized.

It’s what Alashikh wants. So that all the belts would be on the line. Once Canelo challenges Crawford for the undisputed Super middleweight crown in September.

I would have made Benavidez part of the four fight deal for Canelo. However, from my understanding; Canelo is going to have to have prior approval for any fight under this new deal with your “Excellency” anyhow.

In the perfect world and scenario; Canelo should agree to cash out against Benavidez prior to the last fight with his deal with Turki and then retire. Whether he wins or loses.
