Even with only a few seconds left in the fight, I still thought the KO was going to come. Abraham often saves the best for last, for example against Elvin Ayala.

It was a pretty traditional Abraham performance I'd say.

I admit it was difficult to see Taylor in that way. Would have rather seen him go the full 12 rounds.

AA never countered when Taylor when to the body. You can say that Taylor was hesitate to land to the body because he would of been penalized, but from the looks of it Taylor doesn't know how to throw body punches. You're suppose to throw the jab to setup combinations and Taylor failed to do that.

JT doesn't. He's off balance when he throws. esp his right hand.

JT felt it early and figured he could jab and then set up the right hand but his spacing was awful in this fight.

**** this ****.........taylor is still the man, i wish he wouldve gone 12......his confidence is shot though.....and he fought pretty flat........id say he needs to retire, gave it a shot to stay on the elite, but he just doesnt have the smarts-body to go along with that warrior heart....

Abraham just validated himself as a serious contender, and no one is gonna feel safe stepping into the ring with him. Taylor is done, and what are the rules if he doesn't continue in the tournament? the Kessler-Abraham final is gonna be a joy to watch.

                  Is Abraham still garbage?

They are gonna be gun shy.

When you go to the body u get hit by A counter to the head by one of the hardest punchers in the game.

                    No exposed going on here.
Agree. If anybody had doubts regarding AA's ability to win on points against a well-scooled fighter they have vanished now (I'm talking about myself )

AA's jab and defense are very nice.

He takes rounds off though which may cost him later.

This tourney is him or Kessler's for the taking.
