It's the obvious thing to do. It seems he started thinking he was something that he's not and he found out the hard way.

That’s not gonna matter, why? Because Haney punches worn retreat in mind which means he’s leaning over his lead foot over and over and over again. He finally faced someone with enough reach and speed to reach him before he could retreat. You are not gonna change how he punches which means defensive holes will be there regardless. If he had a habit of jab and slip is one thing but a wide open stance, torso way past your knee is a lot of real estate open for being tagged.

Bill still delusional. Haney is no "superstar." Delusion is the bitter fruit, the lifeblood of failure... Until it is cut out like the cancer it is, Haney will not improve. Haney had the right foundation when he fought all commers and used his experience to rise up. Denial will not help only hinder him. Defense will make him chaseable and little else... He will get destroyed running away from the likes of Cruz, etc. He still has no real answer for Ryan. Ryan will not be deterred by Haney's Bicycle.

He needs to also make things right with that Messican at the fair ground who ate his best shot. Maybe a warm up with Zellenoff?

Lets ignore the fact that Garcia was on PED and now serving suspension.

Yes, Devin should tighten that defense a lot, but also he has to focus on hurting somebody sometimes, man.
