....and we're back to this point, again-- a bunch of champions that won't fight one another. Boots seemingly isn't fully vested because he's willing to sell out to run to 154 for a fight. There's still whispers of a 45-year old Pacquiao distracting Barrios with a payday.

Personally, I don't believe that Jaron "Boots" Ennis is serious about becoming the Undisputed Welterweight champion of the world. If he does then he has a damn way of proving it by signing with Matchroom Sport.

Currently, Matchroom doesn't hold any major title belts at the 147 lbs division. If he and Bozy Ennis was really serious about unifying the titles; Then they would have signed with the PBC and Al Haymon.

Since they hold most of the cards and belts at the welterweight division.

Reportedly Norman accepted the fight and called Bozy, and Bozy told Norman Sr "we're not trying to fight you right now, we want to save that for undisputed." So who, exactly, is ducking?

Ennis is the one with a long history of avoiding big fights, which is why he's got so few ranked opponents on his resume. Let's see which of the 147 champs actually unifies first. Ennis even said no to Teo.

PBC is dormant - for whatever reason. Signing with them means nothing. Barrios vs Stanionis hasn't happened. Lara vs Adames at 160? Some fighters have left PBC because they're not active enough for their own liking - others are content to fight once every 18 months for a decent payday

If it would have been Hell for him to unify the welterweight titles with the PBC. Then what advantages does he has of unifying them now?
