I don't know how Fury presses Usyk. In the first fight he came straight out to the centre and got on the front foot only for Usyk to refuse to back up and push him back pretty easily through movement and body shots

Fury's best moments came from throwing the uppercut as Usyk came at his body. But it didn't take long for Usyk to adjust to that too and take the attack to the head.

I don't buy the idea that Fury has to do something similar but with less clowning. But I'm not really sure what he can do - he's going to have to surprise everyone with a boxing masterclass against a boxing master. Fair play if he can do it.

I think if he stays focused, he has a real good chance this time around. Could possibly get the KO, but Usyk has a real good chin. Considering how close the first fight was on the cards, I don't see why this one wouldn't be any different or that the cards go the other way.

At this point, the rubber match setup would guarantee another big paycheck for both. I'm sure the promoters have already thrown some hints to the judges that for every close rd, give it always to Tyson. They want to set up that 3rd fight.
Doesn’t really say much about Tyson’s “skills” lean, grope, smother.

Fury is likely to win this and bully Usyk. He looks in better physical and mental shape than the previous fight where he underestimated Usyk and was clowning. Age catches up to everyone and Usyk will tire running and circling the 12 rounds. Even in the first fight, Usyk was breathing heavily at the end. Tyson does a lot of jogging for stamina.

Is it just me, or does Bellew not like Fury? Oh well, perhaps he doesn't really want the guy to beat the man he lost to, but I'm sure Tony is not sour like that.

It's a tough fight indeed, could go either way, but I'll learn towards Fury.

If he really imposes his size and leans on him on the inside, and boxes well on the outside, he could make this look comfortable.

I disagree with approximately 50% of what Toney Bellew is saying here 'I think Oleksandr Uysk would win most of the rounds, but only after the middle section of the fight. In order to beat Oleksandr Uysk in my opinion? A heavyweight fighter needs to build up a big enough lead, in the first half of the fight. Then in all honesty, just manage the pace of the fight during the latter half of the fight, as Oleksandr Uysk applies more pressure and makes his superior endurance levels show'.

Tyson Fury I don't think? Is going to have the same levels of endurance which he had in his first fight vs Oleksandr Uysk I 'Make no doubt about it? Tyson Fury was in supreme condition for his first fight vs Oleksandr Uysk I 'Tyson Fury had to endure 3 back to back training camps, before eventually fighting Oleksandr Uysk on May 18th 2024. And at the very beginning of those three back to back training camps, Fury was already in fight condition. Tyson Fury weighed in at 277 pounds vs Francis Ngannou, which is exactly the same weight that he weighed vs Deontay Wilder III during their third trilogy fight'.

Tyson Fury for this rematch has not endured three back to back training camps, and he was most likely way over 280 pounds when he started training camp 'That is why I am not so sure, Fury in terms of his endurance is going to improve for this rematch. But I do still expect Tyson Fury to improve his game, in many other areas and add more tactics to challenge Oleksandr Uysk II'.

The issue Tyson Fury has in this fight, if he plans to fight Uysk predominantly off the front foot 'Applying masses of pressure, at a very high intensity. Tyson Fury although he is a heavyweight fighter, has never been renowned for his power punching. Tyson Fury's brute strength is also overrated'.

The only Heavyweight fighters which Tyson Fury has front off the front foot, and won in impressive fashion 'Were Deontay Wilder and Steve USS Cunningham. Tyson Fury out weighed both of those fighters by 40 + pounds, and neither of those fighters best attributes was their brute strength'.

All the other top level heavyweights Tyson Fury has fought, who were ether Super Heavyweight fighters or renowned as physically strong fighters in terms of brute strength 'Fury has fought all of those fighters off the back foot. Wladimir Kiltschko, Derek Chisora, Dillian Whyte, Francis Ngannou. Tyson Fury fought all of those fighters off the back foot'.

Whenever Tyson Fury has decided to apply pressure vs another top level heavyweight 'Who he has not outweighed by 40 + pounds, Fury has for the most part found those fights extremely difficult. Otto Wallin pushed, and busted him up real good over 12 rounds in a competitive fight. Tyson Fury's first fight vs Derek Chisora was also a mighty struggle, even though Chisora was not in the best of condition'.

So when you really think about it, and analyse Fury's career performances very honestly? Tyson Fury at top level vs another World to Elite level Heavyweight fighter? Has only won one fight in impressive fashion, while applying pressure off the front foot. And that fight was his rematch vs Deontay Wilder II'.

Steve USS Cunningham was a solid fighter, and world level cruiserweight fighter 'But he was not a proven top level heavyweight fighter. Steve USS Cunningham achievement's in the Heavyweight division, really were not of a very high level. Therefore nobody can honestly rate Tyson Fury's win over Steve USS Cunningham as a top level Heavyweight win. But it is still a solid win, overall in the boxing terms'.

Guys, the main point I am trying to make is? Tyson Fury is a complete fighter, Fury has the ability to fight in all areas of boxing. But his overall abilities have been vastly overrated by the media, and his hardcore fans. Tyson Fury is a great super heavyweight fighter, within this era of boxing. But he is in my opinion on pure ability nowhere near the level of Lennox Lewis, Rid**** Bowe, Wladimir Kiltschko or Vitali Kiltschko at their absolute best'.

Note: I have already made this point before? A true all-time great Super Heavyweight fighter, in my opinion does not fight or behave the way Fury did vs Uysk 'Oleksandr Uysk is the most accomplished active fighter in the entire sport of boxing, and pound for pound 'His wins over both Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua, are the greatest feats of achievement in the sport of boxing in the last 15 years'. But I believe the genuine all-time great super heavyweight fighters of the sport, would not find such a stylistic encounter a mighty struggle to the same level that both Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua have thus far in their careers.

Tyson Fury is potentially going to out way Oleksandr Uysk by 40 + pounds at the very least 'Oleksandr Uysk has never at any point in his career, been renowned for his power punching. So why on earth is Tyson Fury fighting off the back foot, and making the fight more athletically difficult for himself'.

It was understandable when Lennox Lewis fought David Tua, off the back foot as a Super Heavyweight 'Because David Tua, was one of the most destructive power punches of the 90's and early 2000's Heavyweight boxing era's. Not only was David Tua equipped with fight altering power in a single punch, also in terms of brute strength he was pound for pound one of the strongest Heavyweights active in the sport'.

Oleksandr Uysk is a great fighter, and pound for pound a very talented fighter 'But his best attributes are not the areas of boxing, that should make a so called all-time great Super Heavyweight fighter. Behave the way Tyson Fury did during their first fight'.

The manner in which Tyson Fury fought Oleksandr Uysk I, during their first fight 'Would suggest if you had no real stylistically knowledge of Uysk. That this former Cruiserweight fighter, has the combined ability of Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, David Haye, Joe Frazier, Ray Mercer, Tommy Morrison, David Tua, Ron Lyle, Ken Norton, Rocky Marciano'.

I am highlighting past great Heavyweight fighters, who were renowned for their punching power, offensive abilities, brute strength. And solid boxing ability. Oleksandr Uysk is a unprecedented boxing talent, but stylistically? He is not really posing same level of brutal threat, which those fighters up above that I have mentioned would have at their peak.

The way Oleksandr Uysk thus far in his Heavyweight career, has been beating fighters 'Is by accumulating points, and by having superior levels of endurance. Fundamentally this is how he has negated these modern day super heavyweight fighters'.

But for this rematch, I am sensing that maybe Oleksandr Uysk views himself differently 'In this fight vs Tyson Fury II. We have never before Uysk's career, as a Cruiserweight or Heavyweight fighter, witnessed him talk about knocking his opponent's out before the fight. But this is exactly the type of attitude, Uysk has turned up with this fight week. I personally find this to be quite a ominous warning and sign for Tyson Fury'.

To conclude: Tyson Fury if he pressures Uysk, has to seriously hurt or deck Uysk in the first half of the fight 'If he is unable to achieve those objectives then in my opinion? By the middle rounds of the fight, it will be very clear that the fight is moving away from him real fast'.

That is why in order for Tyson Fury to win this rematch, he needs to fight a balanced compose fight.. Like the way modern day formula one drivers, have to manage their tyres. The great drivers know when to push hard on the offensive, or to defend and just maintain a systematic pace. This is what metaphorically in boxing terms Tyson Fury has to do, and he also has to actually hurt and inflict a critical level of damage upon Uysk.

The media have complete overrated how hurt Uysk was in their first fight 'And they have embellished Fury's performance during the first half of the fight. Oleksandr Uysk was stunned by Fury, but I would not say that he was seriously hurt. Oleksandr Uysk from the very first round, was also able to astonishingly compete with Tyson Fury in all areas of boxing. It seemed to me that every time Uysk hit Fury? Tyson Fury uncharacteristically behaved in a way, which suggested that he was bothered and shocked the impact of the punches'

Oleksandr Uysk himself observed this, and that has most likely affected his tactics coming into this rematch. The large majority of the boxing community and media, told Uysk during the build up to the first fight? That he could not seriously hurt Fury, or push him around the ring. But that is exactly what Oleksandr Uysk achieved during their first fight. You have to wonder? Oleksandr Uysk is appearing more game, for this rematch vs Tyson Fury, than he was vs Anthony Joshua II.

It is definitively still a very close fight to call, but? Oleksandr Uysk does not really have the same level of competitive apprehensive that he had during the first fight Immediately during the beginning stages of this fight week, that was the first thing I have detected. And I think it may be potentially very ominous sign for Tyson Fury' etc.
