I respect your opinion. However, if what you are saying is true then why did the NYSAC sat on those positive test results for several weeks? They certainly didn't suspend him based on VADA's test results.

As for why he was suspended; He was suspended for doping not for not reporting supplements he was taking which had no PEDS in them. No, they suspended him for intentionally cheating. Ryan knew what he was taking and doing.

No they took their time and exercised their due diligence to confirm whether or not those positive test results were legit or not. It's protocol for governing bodies to request a fighter's specimen post fight in order to conduct a urinalysis.

I thought you knew that. VADA does not have jurisdiction over the NYSAC. Neither is VADA sanctioned by them. VADA is totally voluntary.

It's a mutual agreement that is financed by the two fighters themselves and not the governing bodies. In order for the NYSAC to suspend Ryan Garcia for a year and overturn his win over Devin Haney to a no-contest.

Then they must have had irrefutable and incontrovertible evidence of Ryan Garcia's doping. Perhaps, based on their findings; It was probably confirmed that Ryan had been indeed doping prior to and during his fight with Devin Haney.

To say Roids never killed an opponent is a wayyyyyyyyyyy out on a limb statement because only a fraction of fighters out of all fights over the last 100 yrs have been tested something like 1%, you me we and everybody else has no idea if any or how many were killed by a guy cheating with Peds over the history of boxing.

I am not a boxing reporter. I am just a common boxing fan with an opinion. Isn’t that what open and public forums are for; So boxing fans can express their opinions?
