I said this about Richard Torrez (a fighter I really like and admire despite a few things) and I will say it about Boots, or any fighter who has legitimate talent: Lose. Lose badly. I don't care. Just learn. Just go in there and do it. I will put my time and money into a fighter who avoids no one and takes a loss like a warrior before a fighter protecting a 0 against lesser opposition. Torrez hasn't reached thin ice just yet, but Jaron's boots are getting wetter by the day.Comment

from a strategic point of view it makes sense for Boots to stay at 147 - let the cats there beat the crap out of each other then move up when it's a bit easier - but that's not what boxing is about - and will be an asterisk on Ennis' legacy even if he does get titles at 154 and 160 as wellComment
