It's sad, Lopez has not materialized into the star attraction we thought he was. He brings nothing to the table, has not fought a good fight to his standards in almost 3 years. Now times boxers can experience a career resurgence but not fighting the competition this clown does. I think his best bet is to make as much money as he can, because when he slips, his attitude, the things he has said, the promoters he has alienated, it's all going to come back to end his career prematurely if he doesn't get his sh/t together, and make the most of his prime.

Of course. Haney would want retirement paycheck for his next fight. Could be his last, who knows?

In fairness, Haney is still hard to beat as long as he's able to hide his chin throughout the entire fight.

Anyone who throws a similar left hook to ryan, will stop him, he's finished, washed up.

I'm sorry but Devin Haney can't draw flies without a name partner.....

However, I would take easy fighters if I were him to rebuild the confidence. I wouldn't go into a big fight regardless of how much the offer is; that's just to save his career and legacy, but if he wants to cash out his big pay cheque, then do so
You make some valid points here. The Haney haters are so blinded by their hate they can’t think straight. Haney will be fine. He fought a proven cheater who was pumped on in PEDs and much stronger because he was too unprofessional to even come close to making the weight limit and thus didn’t go through the potentially draining weight cut. Under those circumstances, It was an accomplishment that Haney actually went the whole 12 rounds. But the loss is off his record and he’s moving on with his career while Garcia remains suspended and is trying to sc**** up cash fighting a circus fight with a Japanese kick boxer.

You're right, Devin was self promoted when he and Sandor Martin went to purse bid.

By the time the purse bid came along Hearn and Haney had finished their dealings, that's when Devin made public his disappointment in Eddie's decision to skip the the bidding process entirely.

So, the self-proclaimed "140lb king" offers fellow 140lb champion Haney $2.4 million, and believes it to be a "good, reasonable offer". FOH

Teo is hardly the expert on what counts as "reasonable"...

                      They have a common opponent.

Haney vs Loma drew a way bigger crowd than Teo vs Loma.
