My guess is that tickets didn't sell like hotcake in Houston so they decided to push it, and in the mean time someone with common sense told them that regardless of when, Tank isn't going to sell well in Houston so they pushed it all the way to March where they can change it to Brooklyn because "Oh damn we reeeeeally wanted to do it at Houston but the venue is unfortunately occupied in March, so we'll do it in Brooklyn instead (and pray it sells better than Houston)"
Can't think of another reason why a main event would get pushed 3+ month with no injuries involved.Comment

Stop blaming the PBC , its so dumb and lame. Tank and his management decide who they fight and are to blame. They are copying Canelo and just looking for safe showcase fights to make $$$.Originally posted by Phase IIIWhen is PBC going to stop protecting Tank? It seems strange the choices of opponents. What are we missing?Comment

As long as idiots pay for a fight we know 100% who’s going to win. They will keep making them.Gervonta Davis will defend his WBA lightweight title against WBA 130-pound champ Lamont Roach at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on March 1, it was confirmed on Friday. According to a press release from Premier Boxing Champions (PBC), the fight will be officially announced at a press conference at the Barclays Center on Tuesday.

Given who's fighting on the Benavides-Morrell card in February that won't be available for the undercard, I'd say it does even less than the Frank Martin PPV.
I mean, there is no Benavidez, Morrell, Figueroa, Fulton, Pitbull for sure, since they all are fighting on February 1st PPV, and definitely no Canelo for obvious reasons as well. Heck, the only way I can see this not being a total failure is if they decide to sort out the mess and find a way to stuff Fundora-Spence on it and co-main Tank-Lamont on it.Comment
