Money is the sole reason why these guys are in the hurt business... Nobody would fight for titles if said titles didn't bring in money....

That's just my opinion of coarse...
I agree about the talent and lack of discipline. He really struggled with his stamina in the last couple of fights and could not really fight for 3 minutes of every round quite often taking time off to recover. Now with this planned exhibition fight he is going to fight at 153 lbs and two minute rounds? Sounds like more of the same - too lazy to train hard to get the weight off and have stamina for 3 minute rounds. Not a good look for a young talented guy. A lot of talent going to waste.

By the way, really interesting that Ryan is promoting the fight, but his promoter Oscar de La Hoya, says "there is no fight". They seem to be disconnected yet again.

Ryan can't make 140, and he's going to get killed at 154. So... 147 it is, BUT better to have some 140's move up in weight, because... Easier for him.

This dude is dead to me as a boxing fan , whatever he does or doesn't do , I couldn't give One Tenth of a millimeter of a flying ****. He didn't just shlt the bed in his huge opportunity to shine , he rolled around in it and ate some too.

Nobody is scared of him. He had to break the rules for his best win. They'll keep a better eye on him from now on.

Ryan is making a very risky move here. He is currently suspended tentatively until April 2025 by the NYSAC. Once his suspension expiration date is up.

He is going to have to answer before the New York State Commission again on why he decided to circumvent their original ruling and discipline.

I wouldn’t be in the least surprised if they tack on an additional year or two for this indiscretion. In addition, to his already suspension status.

I’m all in for KingRy vs. Teo @ 147! Ryan can’t make 140, even on PEDs!
