I figured it could be split in favor of Adams. But the fact is Adams really had just a couple if clear rounds. All the rest he was pushed against the ropes, and even if Adams landed more, Katz had the leverage behind his.

One of my favorite fighters damn Brandon, did not listen to Shields. Brandon could have won if he did a 30/70 boxing - 30% inside boxing 70% outside boxing....would have won by a clear margin.

I thought Katz won. Adams made the fight hard for himself. Can't lie, these Overtime cards deliver fun fights.

Can't argue with that. It was one of those fights where it depends on what you like. So many rounds could have gone either way.

Brandon was doing great work off of the ropes , but the judges can't see through the other guys back. That's why everyone knows that it's all but impossible to win when you're pinned against the ropes. Brandon fought well aside from that tactical mistake. He was getting the best of it wherever they fought. I felt like he won the fight , but I could see his inside work , the judges mostly couldn't. Tough break for him. I hope that he keeps fighting.
