1. the cost of 24/7 comes out of hbo's pocket. the money for that will be covered from hbo's revenue from the fight. you're counting something twice since you're already figuring how much of the revenue hbo is taking already.
2. sanctioning fees are paid for by the fighters. if the fighters get paid X amount. they are still getting paid X amount. it doesn't matter how much of that X amount goes to pay for whatever they need to pay for on their own end.
3. taxes come from the fighters salary. they are taxed on X amount which is how much they are paid.
4 , 5 , 6 , 7. fighters pay their cornermen/people from their end.
8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12. again those are expenses that the fighters have to pay from their purse. it doesn't change how much the amount of their purse originally was. it effects how much they take home not how much they got paid.
