Farmer is a tough out for anybody. He's much better than his record shows. Zepeda is just a punch throwing machine and I like that. Looking forward to watching him chase scary ass Shakur for twelve rounds.

Tough break for Tev who has now laid down the blueprint for beating Zepeda. In case you missed it:

        1) Box on the outside

        2) Be sure Harvey Dock lets you hold on the inside

Works like a charm! Except for the part where you get hit 132 more times than Zepeda. That part of the blueprint sucks.

Fight should have been a draw. Neither fighter proved themselves to be superior to the other.

Stevenson vs Zepeda will be another fight where one guy is chasing the other guy all night. Shakur is too quick so will win by decision. Would be nice to see a KO by either guy but not likely.

I still think his style has the best chance at bringing out the best in Shakur. Shakur only seems to have a mean streak when it comes to fighting women in the parking lot or posting on social media.

I wish Shakur would take some lessons from, say, Bivol about at least trying to get the stoppage when, like most of his fights, he's clearly levels above his opponent.

He's got amazing reflexes and vision, but I want to see if he's got that dog in him. Tank, and maybe Zepeda or Loma, are probably the only guys right now at 135 who have a shot at getting us an answer to that question, at least until guys like Keyshawn and Abdullah Mason get a good bit more seasoning.
He has more power than Farmer who dropped Zepeda. Stevenson should dominate Zepeda and if he does it doesn't matter if he knocks him out or not. A win is a win. There is a lot more to boxing than knockouts.

Instead of critisizing Stevenson you should be talking about how overrated Zepeda looked.

Zepeda has a engine and throws alot of punches but we saw here against farmer that a guy good technical abilities can give him trouble and Shakur is alot better technician then farmer and farmer isn't a puncher either but precise well timed punches can put guys over
Exactly. But the usual casuals will say Stevenson "just ran" even though Stevenson usually just stands in the pocket and moves out of range of the opponent. I'm ready for the excuses.
