nope. he’s a show clown. he’s got a long way to go before i take him serious. fighting a 60 yr old?? that sets jake paul back. that’s not serious boxing.

He's no savior of the sport, that's nonsense talk. But some of his fans might become regular boxing fans for life. We all started somewhere. Even if it's 2% of his fans, then overall Jake's contribution is a positive thing for the sport. Just like any other boxer who brings new fans in to watch.

"I'm not going to disrespect the sport anymore by losing to this caliber of fighter"... Tyson said those words after losing to McBride.

But I absolutely don't blame Mike. It's not his job to look after boxing's interests - he's looking after his own interests and good luck to him.

There are plenty of bodies involved here who are supposed to look after boxing. If we keep doing these freak show events then eventually something terrible is going to happen that will change the sport forever.

Absolutely but it shouldn't be his decision

Plenty of active fighters who only exist to pad someone's resume.
                  Mike is a big boy.
Even if they throw real punches at each other and Mike is crushed, it wouldn't have been the 1st time.

                  He'll be ok.
