The only ones who can save boxing are the promotors. If they would cut back on their greed, fans would tune in. Every fight is on ppv. No one gets a chance to see fighters develop anymore. The art of generating "buzz" is dead. If fans have no clue what a fighter brings to the table, why in the world would they tune in/pay.

Boxing doesn't need to be saved, except from people trying to kill it. That's where Paul fits in.
I figure a 58 year old getting seriously damaged in the ring should do it. The Holyfield fight was absolutely disgusting. I just hope tomorrow's event is as fake as I expect otherwise it could put boxing in a terrible place.
No contact sport should be sanctioning the involvement of pensioners. It's sickening.
