It was speculated that his lawyers said that, never confirmed at any point.

Never even mentioned at any point, by Benn's legal team, Eubanks legal team, NAPD, UKAD or BBBoC.

So, for you to make the statement "when he found out about the jurisdiction loophole" you were LYING. As, that is a LIE. I don't know how to make that easier to understand. You cannot say he "found out about a jurisdiction loophole"

Second part, you've made the observation that he was apparently "happy" on social media, where the lie comes in is you are claiming the reason he is happy is BECAUSE of a jurisdiction loophole. When, that's a lie when we have zero confirmation or evidence from any party that there one even exists. You are asserting the reason he is happy with zero evidence to support that, which would make it a lie.

It's not an opinion, you've made a claim that Benn has done something and have no evidence to support that claim thus why it is a lie. You need to look up what the words you use mean.

You making the claim that Benn is happy because of a jurisdiction loophole is a lie. It's as clear as a lie can be.

You can't just say a flat out lie, and then say "in my opinion" on the end and that somehow makes it not a lie.

That's like me saying you are gay, in my opinion. (if you aren't gay) that would be a lie.
