Probably not but who knows. Maybe? His legs are extremely thin.

I believe his right hand is the single hardest punch in boxing history. I’ve heard a number of sparring partners say he hits harder than Wlad.

Would have been nice if he'd developed a left to go with his right. He could have been better also if he hadn't surrounded himself with so many yes men. If he had the attitude and work ethic of Beterbiev for instance, trying his whole career to be a better boxer when he's already a very good one... Ryan Garcia is like Wilder too. Loves his left and won't develop a right hand to match.

He could have been more refined for sure, but you never know. I think he's proved to be a tad chinny when someone brings the fight back to him. Just so many before the Furys, Parkers and Zhangs were afraid to fine out so we didn't know. Ortiz got in some good shots in their first fight, but it put himself at risk as well and ultimately didn't end well for him.

The biggest standout that made Wilder look horrendous was when he got over excited and went in for the kill. Sometimes the unpredictable wild shots worked in his favor, other times it was just a mess and he looked terrible form.

Yeah... I don't know if he would have had any better success than he had when he did start. Look at where he got... fought at the highest level of heavyweights of this era. Would starting 10 years earlier or whatever it was helped him defeat Fury? Hard to say.

Seems like refinement is what's getting in his way these days.

Hard to say, but he would have been a significantly better boxer instead of a windmilling big puncher.

I don't think he would have ever had the physical make up to take punches better but he would have been able to avoid them better and set up his punches better. If he did that better he probably beats Fury the first fight and maybe he would have avoided the two bad beatings in the subsequent bouts.
