I don't know if this qualifies and maybe the question should be, more boxers that surprise you for how well they can move despite their size, but holy hell does Tyson Fury impress me. The dude looks like a tub of lard and the way he can move around for his size is quite impressive. His stamina is not bad either for the size.
Perhaps Andy Ruiz too. Considering he's Mr. Doughboy, he's got some of the quickest hands at heavyweight when he lets them go.

Mike Tyson was very athletic for a boxer, hence all the records he set. Same with the Kbros who had some of the most dominating footwork and concussive offensive results in history. Joe Louis and Jack Dempsey in their day. JJJeffries in his first career before he blew up to 300+ lbs in retirement.
