Will Tank Davis make $10 million in the Roach fight?

He made $25 million in the Frank Martin fight according to some silly clown masquerading as a legit sportswriter.

    Lemme just refresh people's memory:

That's what this writer Frank Yemi reported:

    June 16, 2024
"Davis set for hefty payday with estimated earnings up to $25 million,
while Martin expected to take home $3.25 million."

Take a look at another report from MSN:

"According to Sporty Salaries, $2 million is guaranteed for Gervonta Davis in the bout with Frank Martin. Frank Martin, the opponent, might get up to $500k, which would be the biggest payday of his career.
On fight day, if the bout between Frank Martin and Gervonta Davis surpasses the 800k pay-per-view sales mark, Gervonta Davis will potentially earn a maximum of $10 million. In comparison, Frank Martin may earn a maximum of $1.5 million."

Not if he's sharing the card with Benavidez and Morrell.

I don't believe he got 25 million dollars. He's not even really that known. Well he did go to a Diddy party, so maybe he is famous.

Two reports with huge difference in figures. One is close to reality and the other is clearly made up.

So how much did Benavidez make as co-feature in the Martin/Davis fight? How come there's no report about that?

Although he was the co-feature for the purpose of PPV and other counts don't they only announce the "main" event guy's numbers (ie the final fight of the card)?
Granted if its true that Tank said he'd be "willing" to be the co-feature (ie the second to last fight) to Benavides vs Morrell because the Roach fight isn't selling for crap, those numbers might come out this time.

One thing for certain is that regardless of Benavides, Tank definitely didn't make 25 million for his purse. Heck, its probably more closer to say that the whole card itself made 25 million (from there purses and other fees get distributed) given the gate and PPV.

Skeptical of the $25M and the 1M PPV sales against Garcia.

Anyone paying tank to fight non threats deserves to loose money. I can't believe anyone would pay him to fight tomato cans.
As long as dummies keep paying. He’ll keep fighting them cans. Hes 30 years old with no Loma, Teo, Haney, Shakur, Linares, Ortiz, Kambosos, Nakatani or Commey. Pathetic.
