...And a stoppage while I was typing the last reply, but not the type of stoppage I was expecting. Still, gratz to Kenshiro for 2-division champion! Now to an unification with Akui/Olascuaga next.

Nothing against Tsutsumi and I hope he gets a belt someday, but for the sake of the big picture I hope Takuma wins solidly and leads to the unification with Nakatani next year.

Tsutsumi looked super nervous in the ring before the fight and it seemed to carry over into the first round. Takuma has been here before and is acting like it.

The key for Tsutsumi is if he can keep up the pressure all 12R. Obviously Takuma is used to 12R match but I believe this is Tsutsumi's first match that could go 12R.

Takuma trading is to Tsutsumi's advantage. Both these Inoue brothers let themselves be drawn into exchanges when they don't have to.
