He could only do that in spurts because Bivol largely controlled the action, landed the cleaner punches, and defended Beterbiev’s punches.

He put on a masterclass and was robbed.

masterclass is a stretch, a lot of the middle rounds were close. the final rounds were clear beter and the early rounds were most bivol.

i never seen a guy who put on a clinic have a busted face like that.

8-4 is fine. I had the same card. Most people gave Artur 9-12 consensus. 5-7 as well. That's six consensus rounds to Beterbiev.

I don't think it was as long of stretches as people think. He had a few rounds that ended that way, but most of those rounds he was clearly winning.
