  • Win or lose, Bivol and Beterbiev will keep on making money with Turki

I believe Beterbiev fights Opetaia next, win or lose against Bivol.

Bivol fights Benavidez -Morrell winner next. For all the belts or for some vacant belts, if Beterbiev wins and vacates.

    Thoughts?

    good fights

after Bivol Beter will have done everything there is to do at lhw

and I want to see how his power carries to cruiserweight where opponents outweigh him by 20 pounds on fight night

Biv is a small lhw so staying at 175 for as long as he can works

    but between these matches

    Bet can do Zurdo

maybe Biv does an Alvarez rematch for the easy payday

They're big fights in boxing... not so much outside of boxing.

The Turkiye does seem to be a boxing fan, but his masters won't be happy if he's not bringing eyes to the Kingdom.

It all depends on public opinion. I can't see why he'd fund the loser going into that kind of 'not many care' fight.

If Bivol wins, then that is the simple next step...Beterbiev-Jai, Bivol-winner of Benavidez/Morrell.

The thing is if Beterbiev wins, then it becomes hard to consider what is next for Bivol given that it is likely going to be Beterbiev-winner of Benavidez/Morrell, but Bivol is definitely not going to be fighting Jai at cruiser but going down to 168 won't get him anything because Canelo will not give him a rematch and there is no one left worth mentioning. I dunno, fight the loser of Benavidez-Morrell then recollect all the belts at 175 given the vacancies likely going to be left by Beterbiev?
